Assessing houses for sale

Learn about the age of the property that you acquire and the date of the work and the materials used (stone, of course, but also brick, is listed more than cinderblock).
Check the living area of not paying the meters square nonexistent. If you do not know how, check with a property surveyor.
Rate the disadvantages the terrain ...

Check for any easements (right of way, bailing right, right of establishment of electric towers ...). Check with the Land Registry (private easements) and see the planning certificate (public easement) of the property investment.

If the land is not serviced, evaluate the cost of connecting to different networks to negotiate accordingly. If there is no connections to the house, it can make it difficult for you to sell house quickly when it comes to selling the property.

You can also rely on the nature of the soil and subsoil which determine the importance of foundations and the cost of drainage. If you are buying property from an owner who wishes someone will buy my house fast then he should have all such issues resolved. Check with the neighborhood to see any possible problems (unstable ground, flood ...). It is wise to investigate all potential problems with a property from any owner who is saying I wish I can sell my house fast. Checking all points of the property is wise at the beginning.
